Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and provide administrative support for taught postgraduate programme duties including promotion, admission, and operations.
- Manage academic development, accreditation, quality assurance and enhancement of taught postgraduate programmes.
- Lead teaching and learning enhancement initiatives at the central level.
- Formulate guidelines and establish procedures for staff and students.
- Administer and facilitate collaboration with external institutions and industrial partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of post-qualification relevant experience.
- Substantial administration experience supporting academic quality assurance and enhancement in higher education.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently under tight schedules and take initiative.
- Good supervisory skills and strong sense of responsibility.
