Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide administrative support for taught postgraduate programme duties including promotion, admission, and operations.
  • Manage academic development, accreditation, quality assurance and enhancement of taught postgraduate programmes.
  • Lead teaching and learning enhancement initiatives at the central level.
  • Formulate guidelines and establish procedures for staff and students.
  • Administer and facilitate collaboration with external institutions and industrial partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least ten years of post-qualification relevant experience.
  • Substantial administration experience supporting academic quality assurance and enhancement in higher education.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently under tight schedules and take initiative.
  • Good supervisory skills and strong sense of responsibility.
