Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for postgraduate studies including quality assurance, admissions, and registration.
- Manage student records, assessment, financial sponsorships, and day-to-day programme operations.
- Deliver academic services to postgraduate students and support programme management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A good first degree plus at least four years of relevant tertiary education work experience.
- Preferably experience in taught postgraduate admissions, programme administration, and data analysis.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules.
