Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Director in leading admissions and partnership development for the Chinese Mainland market.
- Lead recruitment and partnership-building initiatives, including information sessions, sample classes, and networking events.
- Plan and oversee flagship outreach initiatives such as summer camps, partner conferences, and recruitment activities.
- Manage end-to-end admissions, recruitment, and partnership development initiatives independently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, faculties, and partner organisations.
- Conduct admissions data analysis, reporting, and prepare presentations and management reports.
- Draft and manage Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with partner organisations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably with a master's qualification.
- Possess at least five years of full-time experience in business development, marketing, admissions, event management, or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrate proven expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Chinese Mainland market.
- Have a successful track record of engaging and negotiating with local stakeholders.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua required; Cantonese an advantage).
- Experience in higher education is advantageous but not required.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary); possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
