Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead website revamp projects managing end-to-end lifecycles with stakeholders using UX/UI design, data migration, SEO, and web analytics expertise.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategy including social media content, email newsletters, and targeted online campaigns.
  • Manage multimedia marketing projects from concept to completion, including video production and online/offline advertising.
  • Coordinate promotional events such as admissions seminars, Information Day, school visits, and education expos.
  • Provide administrative support to the admissions team including student enquiries and application processing.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, creative/web design, or related field with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in web design project management and digital marketing best practices; technical web development knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital graphic or video content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with exceptional written and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
