Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-embedded applications to automate workflows and improve office operations.
Implement AI platforms and systems that support agentic AI initiatives.
Apply AI governance practices to ensure responsible and secure adoption of AI technologies.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable technical solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.
Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced AI frameworks.
Contribute to agile development practices and foster innovation within the Lab.

Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
Strong background in software development with hands-on experience building scalable applications.
Solid knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms, backend frameworks, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and modern AI toolchains.
Demonstrated ability to work with agentic AI and generative AI applications.
Experience in agile development environments and iterative prototyping.
Real-world project experience in AI/ML application development.
Enthusiasm for generative AI with a strong sense of innovation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years, commencing as soon as possible with possibility of renewal.
