Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Department of History.
- Pursue an active research agenda in your field of specialization.
- Contribute to the department's academic mission and student development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctorate degree in history or related fields.
- Demonstrate ability to teach effectively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Preferably have at least two years of teaching experience.
- Have a strong track record in research and publication.
- Be proficient in English.
- Specialize in imperial China, history of Hong Kong, history of education, and/or digital humanities.
Appointment
- Full-time; rank (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with qualifications, experience, and achievements; start date September 2026.
