Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in 3D data acquisition and processing, including LiDAR scanning, drone surveys, and photogrammetry techniques.
- Develop and deliver courses on immersive applications such as Unity, Unreal, and Blender.
- Pursue an active research agenda in Digital Technology and 3D Imaging.
- Contribute to the interdisciplinary Arts, Culture and Technology Programme by bridging arts, culture, and digital innovation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in Computer Engineering, 3D Imaging, VR/AR, Photogrammetry, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate level.
- At least two years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong track record in research and publication.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience applying 3D imaging technology to art, culture, and heritage sectors is advantageous.
