Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement communication and marketing strategies to enhance the School's brand and promote its activities.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials in Chinese and English across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate and promote events including conferences, film screenings, seminars and workshops.
  • Manage an updated alumni database to maintain accurate contact information.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years' relevant work experience in communications or marketing, preferably in higher education or creative industries.
  • Proven track record operating major social media platforms relevant to Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Knowledge of website content management and graphic design tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
