Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and general clerical support to the Information Centre.
  • Handle enquiries via counter, phone, email and social media professionally.
  • Coordinate logistics for student recruitment activities and outreach events.
  • Supervise and train new part-time Information Centre staff.
  • Monitor inventory of souvenirs and maintain stock reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial and competitor reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Achieve at least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrate proactive, customer-oriented attitude with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Show attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Have proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese typing and database management.
  • Display patience, pleasant personality and flexibility for rotational assignments.
