Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and general clerical support to the Information Centre.
- Handle enquiries via counter, phone, email and social media professionally.
- Coordinate logistics for student recruitment activities and outreach events.
- Supervise and train new part-time Information Centre staff.
- Monitor inventory of souvenirs and maintain stock reports.
- Prepare monthly financial and competitor reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Achieve at least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English and Chinese.
- Demonstrate proactive, customer-oriented attitude with fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
- Show attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Have proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese typing and database management.
- Display patience, pleasant personality and flexibility for rotational assignments.
