Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop strong client relations with senior decision makers to understand their talent management strategies and respond to their needs.
- Grow Executive Education revenue through sales and development activities and market analysis.
- Evaluate the competitive environment and provide recommendations to improve business results.
- Work with the team and clients to ensure strong relationships and successful programme implementation.
- Market programmes effectively and propose marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Travel with executive students to various countries for the Going Global programme and other programs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related disciplines, with at least 6 years' work experience.
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) with proofreading and editing abilities.
- Possess strong customer service, project management, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate branding, marketing, and relationship-building skills across private, public and government sectors.
- Have substantial experience and proven track record in student recruitment for entrepreneurship programmes in a business school.
- Possess experience in Executive Education, Business Development, managing Senior Executives, or Programme Development.
- Show strong interest and ability to communicate with international participants and stakeholders in English.
- Have connections and knowledge of Executive Education markets and course design experience (advantageous).
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
