Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide routine facilities management services across all on-campus and off-campus premises.
- Monitor contractor performance for security, cleaning, car park management, and landscaping services.
- Handle venue booking requests from internal and external users.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide event support services for university functions.
- Assist in procurement processes and prepare administrative and operational reports.
- Handle, respond to, and investigate feedback and complaints related to facilities management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Facilities Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably in tertiary education, public organizations, or large-scale property management.
- Ability to lead and manage contractors and handle complex, varied workloads.
- Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua knowledge preferred.
