Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide routine facilities management services across all on-campus and off-campus premises.
  • Monitor contractor performance for security, cleaning, car park management, and landscaping services.
  • Handle venue booking requests from internal and external users.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to provide event support services for university functions.
  • Assist in procurement processes and prepare administrative and operational reports.
  • Handle, respond to, and investigate feedback and complaints related to facilities management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Facilities Management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably in tertiary education, public organizations, or large-scale property management.
  • Ability to lead and manage contractors and handle complex, varied workloads.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, with Putonghua knowledge preferred.
