Duties & Responsibilities

  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships with international universities to drive student mobility and academic collaboration.
  • Develop and execute innovative global education initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and intercultural competencies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across education and government.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised degree with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Demonstrate confident leadership, self-starter mentality, outgoing personality, and ability to build motivated teams.
  • Work effectively across cultures, show enthusiasm for student engagement, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess strong organisational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract for two years; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
