Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide business partnering services to support HR operations for specific Faculties, departments, or administrative offices.
- Supervise team members on HR operations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve HR-related problems using experience, research, and sound judgment.
- Handle non-routine business matters with initiative and effectiveness.
- Serve on committees or working groups as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (higher degree preferred).
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience in a supervisory position.
- Strong aptitude for specialized HR management duties.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
- Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus contract-end gratuity and 10% University retirement contribution.
