Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide business partnering services to support HR operations for specific Faculties, departments, or administrative offices.
  • Supervise team members on HR operations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Resolve HR-related problems using experience, research, and sound judgment.
  • Handle non-routine business matters with initiative and effectiveness.
  • Serve on committees or working groups as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (higher degree preferred).
  • 2-5 years of relevant HR experience in a supervisory position.
  • Strong aptitude for specialized HR management duties.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus contract-end gratuity and 10% University retirement contribution.
