Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating and executing HR strategies and policies across various HR subject areas.
  • Supervise a team providing one-stop HR services and support to Schools and Offices.
  • Handle employee complaints and enquiries regarding visas and HR applications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Have at least 4 years' relevant post-qualification experience in HR service with exposure to specialised HR functions.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of HR management systems, employment laws, regulations and market trends.
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Display good leadership, supervisory, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
