Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for full-time, part-time, and internship positions with full compliance.
  • Plan and implement HR initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Provide HR advisory support and handle employee relations matters while maintaining labour relations compliance.
  • Manage the human resources information system to handle workflows, records, and HR data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Mainland China and Hong Kong and internal governance requirements.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with the Hong Kong HR team.
