Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for full-time, part-time, and internship positions with full compliance.
- Plan and implement HR initiatives including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Provide HR advisory support and handle employee relations matters while maintaining labour relations compliance.
- Manage the human resources information system to handle workflows, records, and HR data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in Mainland China and Hong Kong and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain communication and coordination with the Hong Kong HR team.
