Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support administration of personnel services, staff leave, benefits, and teaching staff appointment/review matters.
  • Compile correspondences and handle enquiries from staff and applicants.
  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Office.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects, including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate word-processing skills with proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
  • Effective command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • HR sector experience of 2+ years is advantageous; general administrative experience also welcome.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement), with contract-end gratuity for 2-year contracts.
