Duties & Responsibilities
- Support deployment, administration and operation of server virtualisation platforms, HCI, SAN, backup systems, and Windows/Linux servers.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud and server virtualisation infrastructures including VMWare, Hyper-V, Sangfor HCI, and AWS.
- Deploy and manage container environments including Docker Engine, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
- Provide technical support and operation of security, Cloud, M365, Active Directory and Container platforms.
- Develop, operate and administer campus-wide IoT infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed configurations, documentation, operation guides and coordinate with vendors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of working experience in IT.
- At least 3 years of technical expertise in Cloud, Server Virtualisation, and Container Infrastructure.
- Experience managing Active Directory, remote access, multi-cloud environments, and SSO/MFA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including on-premises systems, M365, and Azure.
