Duties & Responsibilities

Lead complete solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration.
Serve as primary liaison between users and stakeholders, translating requirements into user stories.
Design application architecture, integrations, data models, security controls, and system interfaces.
Provide hands-on coding, code reviews, and oversight of internal and vendor development teams.
Establish software development lifecycle governance, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and change controls.
Define test strategies, promote automation, and oversee unit, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Plan and execute releases with cutover and rollback procedures, change communication, and post-release validation.
Create operational documentation, runbooks, and training materials for support team handover.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in application delivery, DevOps, and system development.
Proven end-to-end ownership of application lifecycle from design through production support.
Strong hands-on programming skills in Java, PHP, Python, SQL, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with application integration, database interaction, and plugin or extension development.
