**Duties & Responsibilities**
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Server, and related systems.
- Implement and administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Perform system performance tuning, capacity planning, patch management, and ensure high availability.
- Monitor critical services and respond to alerts, service issues, and incidents with root-cause analysis.
- Maintain expertise in IT security, networking, DNS/DHCP, and enterprise identity management.
- Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects to ensure consistent policy deployment across devices.
- Support IT projects and vendor engagements, with focus on Single-Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, DNS, GPOs, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and cloud infrastructure.
- 1+ year of experience in security risk assessment and audit implementation and support.
- Ability to lead end-to-end delivery and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to collaborate across security, network, and application teams.
