Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Manager in leading the Platform Team and overseeing daily operations of the School's Learning Platforms, including SOUL and the SOUL Mobile App.
- Manage development, maintenance, enhancement, and integration of e-learning and digital learning platforms.
- Lead system implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment while ensuring service quality, security, and scalability.
- Support adoption and integration of AI technologies into teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
- Provide second-tier technical support and coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents.
- Manage project activities including requirements gathering, solution design, budget monitoring, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards.
- Supervise and mentor team members and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Support digital transformation and educational technology initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development, implementation, or management of e-learning systems.
- Proven experience in project delivery, team supervision, and system implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge of system development, application integration, cloud platforms, and mobile applications.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle, is advantageous.
- Experience in AI technologies, learning analytics, or chatbot development is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
