Duties & Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and compile AI tools and applications for independent language learning.
- Develop and maintain a centralized platform with curated AI-powered learning tools and gamification features.
- Provide technical support for e-learning initiatives, internal systems, and website management.
- Assist with inventory management, stock-taking, and equipment loan service operations.
- Provide technical and multimedia support including audio-visual setup, photography, and video recording.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and the Head of the Language Centre.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Educational Technology, or relevant subject.
- Strong research aptitude and proven programming ability in Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of generative AI trends, gamification in education, and API integrations.
- Experience with website management, multimedia software, and technical support in educational settings.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract of 1–1.5 years; re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
