Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver teaching and supervise student projects, fieldwork, and placements.
- Coordinate skills competitions and coach competitors with industry partner liaison.
- Develop curriculum and prepare teaching and learning materials.
- Support student administration and promote vocational programs to secondary schools.
- Contribute to departmental activities including consultancy, research, seminars, and exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Possess relevant teaching or industry experience in fashion technology.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge in pattern-making, garment construction, draping, and fashion illustration.
- Have fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Industry linkages or professional body connections are advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract until 31 October 2028.
