Assistant Lecturer (holding the functional title of Project Manager)

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist Project Team Heads in managing a cross-institutional project supporting primary students' Chinese language learning.
Liaise with project funders, partners, schools, and teachers to ensure effective collaboration.
Arrange school visits and organize dissemination activities.
Monitor project progress and handle logistical aspects including human resources and finance.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Possess at least a Master's degree in Education or related field (Doctoral degree preferred).
Have at least 10 years of work experience in the local education sector.
Demonstrate expertise in educational research, project management, school and curriculum development, and teacher training.
Have excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Possess strong leadership, management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Show excellent time management and analytical thinking abilities.
Teacher qualification and prior experience with local schools are advantageous.

Contract commencement: August 15, 2026
