Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement training and coaching in a capacity building project for NGOs in Hong Kong.
- Design curriculum and coordinate training schedules for the project.
- Conduct practice research and pursue education innovations.
- Train management, professional, front-line staff, and volunteers of NGOs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Demonstrate a strong record of teaching.
- Have expertise in non-profit management, social services management, organization development, or social and public administration (preferred).
- Have experience in teaching, training, or research (preferred).
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
