Duties & Responsibilities

Support primary students in Hong Kong to learn Chinese and enhance its use as a medium of learning.
Develop, adapt, and implement pedagogical materials and strategies tailored to school and student needs.
Arrange and liaise on after-school tutorials and experiential activities with project partners.
Deliver professional development workshops for teachers and conduct regular school visits.
Coordinate school-based sharing sessions and assist in project evaluation.

Hold a Master's degree or above in Chinese Language, English Language, Education, or related discipline.
Possess a recognized professional teaching qualification.
Have at least 5 years' teaching experience.
Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese fluency.
Have proficiency in general computer operations and Chinese word processing.
Experience in curriculum development, teacher training, or educational research is advantageous.
