Duties & Responsibilities
- Join a multidisciplinary team delivering capacity-building programmes for NGOs in Hong Kong.
- Plan, develop, and deliver training courses and coaching activities for NGO management, professionals, and staff.
- Develop teaching and learning materials for interactive and practice-oriented learning.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees and contribute to course evaluation and enhancement.
- Undertake other teaching-related and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in public/global health or related discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, MBBS with Public Health Medicine qualification).
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, training, coaching, or professional development.
- Possess excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Have knowledge of non-profit management, social services management, organizational development, or public administration (preferred).
- Be conversant with contemporary health sciences and global health issues.
- Have experience with case-based and problem-based teaching pedagogy (preferred).
- Be able to work in interdisciplinary and multicultural environments.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
