Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses and conduct tutorials for students.
- Provide practical and clinical supervision in nursing practice.
- Report to the Chairman of the Teaching and Learning Committee.
- May be required to work outside normal office hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related discipline.
- Possess Certificate of Registration (Part I) and valid Practising Certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Have minimum 3 years' post-registration local clinical experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team, and manage pressure and multitasking.
- Preference given to candidates with higher qualifications and clinical teaching experience.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2–3 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
