Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach nursing courses and conduct tutorials with students.
- Provide practical and clinical supervision in nursing.
- Report to the Chairman of the Teaching and Learning Committee.
- May be required to work outside normal office hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related discipline.
- Possess Certificate of Registration (Part I) and valid Practising Certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' post-registration local clinical experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work independently, as a team, under pressure, and multitask.
- Advanced Practice Nurse qualification preferred and will be recognized with appropriate title.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract for 2–3 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance, including contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
