Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering and coordinating the ITC-funded RAISe+ Scheme under program manager direction.
  • Facilitate project administration including progress monitoring, compliance verification, and reporting.
  • Organize and manage events, workshops, and training sessions to promote innovation and knowledge exchange.
  • Support collaboration among faculty, industry partners, venture funders, and government officials.
  • Assist with company secretarial and administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, innovation, or technology transfer.
  • Experience in tertiary education institutions or research-intensive environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of company secretarial practices, corporate governance, and statutory filings is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial/project management systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with passion for innovation and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property management, commercialization, or funding schemes is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance; contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary included.
