Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisors with Graduate School administration and operational matters.
  • Manage services and support for research postgraduate and professional doctoral programmes including recruitment, admissions, and programme administration.
  • Supervise processing of applications, study plan changes, and visa applications for international students.
  • Review and enhance administrative policies, procedures, and systems for admissions and academic activities.
  • Arrange professional student and career services focused on student engagement and development.
  • Provide support for the School Board, Research Degrees Committee, and related committees.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with overseas institutions for student exchanges.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in higher education, preferably in research postgraduate and doctoral programmes.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism in handling research postgraduate student matters.
  • Show flexibility, adaptability, and ability to respond proactively to changing priorities.
