Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for entrepreneurship funding programmes.
- Consolidate progress and final reports from grantees and prepare data analyses and statistical reports.
- Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and meeting materials with timely follow-up actions.
- Organise sharing sessions, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned.
- Coordinate resources to organise entrepreneurship training programmes and events for startup growth.
- Liaise with external parties including business partners, investors and service providers.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and build community networks for potential collaborations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in funding programme administration or startup support.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Public sector or startup community development experience is advantageous.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract of two years.
