Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for entrepreneurship funding programmes.
  • Consolidate progress and final reports from grantees and prepare data analyses and statistical reports.
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes and meeting materials with timely follow-up actions.
  • Organise sharing sessions, support marketing activities and new projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate resources to organise entrepreneurship training programmes and events for startup growth.
  • Liaise with external parties including business partners, investors and service providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and build community networks for potential collaborations.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in funding programme administration or startup support.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Public sector or startup community development experience is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract of two years.
