Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition logistics and enhance employer branding through candidate experience.
  • Manage onboarding logistics and ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Maintain staff data, conduct analysis for service improvement, and support HR projects including policy reviews and digital transformation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Have proven experience in a shared services role in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations and proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract — 2 years (re-appointment subject to performance review and mutual agreement).
