Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute university-wide events, engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics, stakeholder engagement, and material production for events.
- Prepare post-event reports evaluating outcomes, effectiveness, and feedback.
- Develop souvenir products and promotional materials with procurement and inventory management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience; higher education sector experience preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills with creativity and self-motivation.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with re-appointment subject to performance review.
