Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute university-wide events, engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics, stakeholder engagement, and material production for events.
  • Prepare post-event reports evaluating outcomes, effectiveness, and feedback.
  • Develop souvenir products and promotional materials with procurement and inventory management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience; higher education sector experience preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills with creativity and self-motivation.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with re-appointment subject to performance review.
