Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for entrepreneurship funding programmes and manage funding administration.
- Consolidate progress reports from grantees, prepare data analyses, and facilitate funding disbursement.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Organise entrepreneurship training programmes and support start-up community development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in funding programme administration or start-up support, preferably in technology.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
Appointment
- Full-time — Fixed-term contract of 2 years
