Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for entrepreneurship funding programmes and manage funding administration.
  • Consolidate progress reports from grantees, prepare data analyses, and facilitate funding disbursement.
  • Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Organise entrepreneurship training programmes and support start-up community development.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in funding programme administration or start-up support, preferably in technology.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Appointment

  • Full-time — Fixed-term contract of 2 years
