Duties & Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and implement policies and guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyse data to support policy development and decision-making.
  • Organise and service committee meetings with bilingual documentation and maintain editorial consistency.
  • Execute follow-up actions and support ad hoc projects with high editorial standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Technical and project management skills for efficient task prioritisation and completion.
  • Preferred experience in university secretariats, legal document handling, policy formulation, or company secretarial roles.
