Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and implement policies and guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse data to support policy development and decision-making.
- Organise and service committee meetings with bilingual documentation and maintain editorial consistency.
- Execute follow-up actions and support ad hoc projects with high editorial standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Technical and project management skills for efficient task prioritisation and completion.
- Preferred experience in university secretariats, legal document handling, policy formulation, or company secretarial roles.
