Duties & Responsibilities

Design and implement training programmes on marketing, business planning, and venture finance.
Identify technology startups with strong commercial potential for competitions and initiatives.
Organise and manage innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and related events.
Engage with faculty and research teams to develop commercialisation cases.
Conduct technical and commercial assessments of technology startups.
Support commercialisation activities and business development initiatives.
Execute marketing campaigns through social media and stakeholder networks.

Hold a recognised degree in Sciences and Engineering with at least 5 years' experience.
Have at least 3 years' proven experience in project management or business development.
Possess familiarity with startup operations and the fundraising cycle.
Have experience managing partnerships and funding opportunities.
Understand local and regional entrepreneurial ecosystems and incubation models.
Experience in innovation and technology startups is advantageous.
