Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement professional development workshops to develop academic staff as leaders in innovative pedagogy.
  • Support academic units in developing or revising courses and programmes for outcome-based education delivery.
  • Contribute to communities of best practice and provide pedagogical input to working groups.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate self-paced learning resources and workshops for student learning skills.
  • Support strategic learning priorities and manage teaching development and language enhancement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with normally 7 years' relevant work experience.
  • Strong organisational, team, and communication skills with excellent English writing abilities.
  • Experience in managing teaching and learning initiatives.
  • Relevant experience in facilitating professional development.
