Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement professional development workshops to develop academic staff as leaders in innovative pedagogy.
- Support academic units in developing or revising courses and programmes for outcome-based education delivery.
- Contribute to communities of best practice and provide pedagogical input to working groups.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate self-paced learning resources and workshops for student learning skills.
- Support strategic learning priorities and manage teaching development and language enhancement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with normally 7 years' relevant work experience.
- Strong organisational, team, and communication skills with excellent English writing abilities.
- Experience in managing teaching and learning initiatives.
- Relevant experience in facilitating professional development.
