Duties & Responsibilities
- Support development of digital marketing initiatives and management of digital corporate communication platforms.
- Implement cross-platform digital marketing campaigns across social media, mobile marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop content strategies and manage daily updates across all digital channels.
- Manage and optimise digital CRM and database systems for targeted outreach.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform continuous optimisation.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience in social media, mobile marketing, online advertising, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of current trends in social media, mobile marketing, and web analytics.
- Show track record of creating innovative campaigns that engage young audiences; education marketing experience is advantageous.
- Possess good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
- Be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of AI and data analytics tools is advantageous.
- Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
