Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support development of digital marketing initiatives and management of digital corporate communication platforms.
  • Implement cross-platform digital marketing campaigns across social media, mobile marketing, and online advertising.
  • Develop content strategies and manage daily updates across all digital channels.
  • Manage and optimise digital CRM and database systems for targeted outreach.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform continuous optimisation.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align digital initiatives with strategic objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience in social media, mobile marketing, online advertising, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of current trends in social media, mobile marketing, and web analytics.
  • Show track record of creating innovative campaigns that engage young audiences; education marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Possess good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
  • Be a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of AI and data analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
