Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT-related contracts and procurement processes.
  • Develop and execute contracts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
  • Streamline procurement operations and maintain accurate documentation and tender records.
  • Monitor budgeting processes including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Enhance accounting procedures for CAPEX, OPEX, and project accounting operations.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and contract inventories for senior management.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract compliance.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant supervisory experience in sizeable companies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High self-motivation with ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract for up to 2 years, with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
