Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT-related contracts and procurement processes.
- Develop and execute contracts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal compliance.
- Streamline procurement operations and maintain accurate documentation and tender records.
- Monitor budgeting processes including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Enhance accounting procedures for CAPEX, OPEX, and project accounting operations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and contract inventories for senior management.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contract compliance.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as requested.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant supervisory experience in sizeable companies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- High self-motivation with ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract for up to 2 years, with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
