Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of service-learning courses, projects and cross-institutional collaborations with instructors, community partners and students.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Service-Learning Grant, including application cycles and financial processes.
  • Design and deliver promotional and professional development events to advance service-learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate and author reports, guidelines and frameworks for CISL operations and external stakeholders.
  • Travel occasionally to mainland China and overseas for course inspection and partnership building.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University degree or above with 4-5 years of relevant work experience in higher education or non-profit sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in academic service-learning, experiential learning planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • Prior supervisory experience with excellent team collaboration and self-starting abilities.
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Open-minded towards emerging technologies including generative AI.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous.
