Duties & Responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of service-learning courses, projects and cross-institutional collaborations with instructors, community partners and students.
- Manage day-to-day administration of the Service-Learning Grant, including application cycles and financial processes.
- Design and deliver promotional and professional development events to advance service-learning initiatives.
- Coordinate and author reports, guidelines and frameworks for CISL operations and external stakeholders.
- Travel occasionally to mainland China and overseas for course inspection and partnership building.
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree or above with 4-5 years of relevant work experience in higher education or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in academic service-learning, experiential learning planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Prior supervisory experience with excellent team collaboration and self-starting abilities.
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Open-minded towards emerging technologies including generative AI.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is advantageous.
