Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to provide comprehensive facility management services and optimize office operations.
- Oversee maintenance services, project works, and all project administration and management duties.
- Prepare incident reports, insurance claims, and develop risk assessments.
- Act as a member of the emergency team during unexpected situations such as extreme weather.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Membership in professional bodies such as HKIE, HKIS, IFMA, or HKIH preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education sector or managing a training centre facility preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing technical and facility management teams.
