Assistant Manager to the Director in the Institute for Precision Prevention

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the roll-out and implementation of the protecting.health/hong kong study while ensuring alignment with protocol and project requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
Oversee implementation of funding, including project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking.
Build and enhance IPP's external presence and serve as a liaison between IPP and HKU management.
Represent IPP at institutional meetings and present project updates for strategic planning discussions.
Support the Director in strategic planning, operational decision-making, and resource allocation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, including funding bodies and institutional review boards.

Highly qualified and experienced in administrative management.
Demonstrated ability in project coordination and stakeholder management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal, subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
