Assistant Manager to the Director in the Institute for Precision Prevention

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the protecting.health/hong kong study in alignment with protocol requirements and operational milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
Oversee funding implementation, including project planning, timeline management, and deliverable tracking.
Build and enhance IPP's external presence and serve as liaison between IPP and HKU management.
Represent IPP at institutional meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Support the Director in strategic planning, operational decision-making, and resource allocation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Full-time, three-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
