Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the facility management team, including helpdesk services and venue booking requests.
- Handle enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties on facility management matters.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers.
- Assist in venue setup work and prepare facility management related statistics and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher diploma or associate degree or above in related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of related work experience, with facility or property management experience preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) advantageous.
