Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise research students at the master's and doctoral levels.
- Develop new and interdisciplinary research directions aligned with departmental strategic priorities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and design and delivery of new courses.
- Undertake administrative and other academic duties supporting departmental and institutional development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD in Communication or a closely related field from a recognised institution.
- Demonstrate strong potential for developing an internationally recognised research programme.
- Show solid record or high promise in scholarly achievements in both teaching and research.
- Have expertise in Public Relations (digital, social media, organisational, crisis communication) or Emerging Technologies (AI, immersive reality, social robots, platform-mediated communication).
