Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research in pharmacoepidemiology, environmental toxicology, drug utilisation, and real-world evidence.
- Apply AI and machine learning methods to research projects.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students and supervise their research.
- Participate in applications for competitive research grants.
- Undertake administrative duties in the Department, Faculty, and University.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree with postdoctoral research experience in pharmacoepidemiology and environmental toxicology.
- Strong track record in drug utilisation research and real-world evidence application.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning methods.
- Publications in top peer-reviewed journals in general medicine, cardio-renometabolic diseases, and environmental toxicology.
- Record of securing competitive research grants.
- Teaching experience including undergraduate and/or postgraduate student supervision.
- Strong motivation for independent research career.
- Good work ethic and team collaboration skills.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for 2 years initially, with potential for longer-term appointment or substantiation upon mutual agreement.
