Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with administration and research matters for a communication in healthcare research initiative.
Work with businesses, university departments, and nongovernmental organizations on project activities.
Recruit research participants and promote the project to stakeholders.
Conduct data collection, literature searches, and translations from Chinese to English.
Create publicity materials including infographics, posters, and videos.
Manage the research group's website and social media channels.
Organize public lectures, academic conferences, and symposiums.

Bachelor's degree or above in English Language and Linguistics, Language and Communication, Linguistics, or related discipline.
Minimum graduation GPA of 3.3/4.3 (high 2:1) from a reputable university.
Preferably bilingual in Cantonese-English or Mandarin-English.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience assisting in externally funded research projects is preferred.

Full-time, nine-month contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
