Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment promotion strategies for Taught Postgraduate programmes aligned with university strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to oversee branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Organise outreach trips to the Chinese Mainland for student recruitment.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with target feeder schools and contact databases.
  • Support collaborative initiatives including double degree programmes and joint supervision arrangements.
  • Manage social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) and drive engagement through digital marketing strategies.
  • Create high-quality promotional materials such as videos, leaflets, and posters.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or marketing in higher education or related sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management (Xiaohongshu experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior government and educational leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships with the Chinese Mainland.
