Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee Registry Affairs functions including the Continuing Education Fund Scheme, graduation, certification, and academic credentials verification.
  • Administer examination processes, manage student visa matters, and handle non-local registry administration.
  • Lead and supervise a team of officers to deliver efficient administrative support.
  • Produce School Award Parchments and provide statistical reporting to the University.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised degree, preferably a Master's degree.
  • Have 10 years' relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or self-financing post-secondary sector.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented approach, independent work capability, and strong management skills.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and good computer proficiency.
  • Experience with AI tools and applications is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Contract — 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to review.
