Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all training and capacity building activities for the institute.
- Develop and support academic programs including a Master of Public Health program in French.
- Design and deliver targeted short-term trainings in biostatistics, epidemiology, genetics, and related fields.
- Assess training needs, develop content, coordinate logistics, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Manage scheduling, attendance, training records, and cross-functional capacity-building initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Public Health-related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in training, academic program development, or related roles.
- Native or near-native proficiency in French with excellent written and spoken skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and familiarity with public health concepts and curriculum structures.
- Experience in international organizations, low- and middle-income country settings, and cross-cultural environments valued.
- Ability to undertake frequent international travel.
Appointment
- Full-time, one-year temporary or two-year fixed-term basis with possible renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
