Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a development team of over 16 developers to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through post-launch support.
- Steer the migration to a new Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system including data migration and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure applications align with institutional goals.
