Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Counselling and Person Enrichment Section.
- Set the Section's strategic direction and oversee policy and service development.
- Ensure effective, high-quality delivery of evidence-based services to diverse student populations.
- Drive new initiatives, foster internal and external collaboration, and optimise resources and workflows.
- Handle crisis management in close partnership with counselling professionals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or equivalent areas.
- Have at least 8 years of relevant administrative and managerial experience in tertiary education or public/quasi-public organisations.
- Demonstrate proven leadership track record and ability to delegate effectively.
- Possess excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Have outstanding communication, analytical, organisational skills, and good computer literacy.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 15% of basic salary); competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; annual leave, medical and housing benefits provided.
