Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Counselling and Person Enrichment Section.
Set the Section's strategic direction and oversee policy and service development.
Ensure effective, high-quality delivery of evidence-based services to diverse student populations.
Drive new initiatives, foster internal and external collaboration, and optimise resources and workflows.
Handle crisis management in close partnership with counselling professionals.

Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or equivalent areas.
Have at least 8 years of relevant administrative and managerial experience in tertiary education or public/quasi-public organisations.
Demonstrate proven leadership track record and ability to delegate effectively.
Possess excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Have outstanding communication, analytical, organisational skills, and good computer literacy.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (up to 15% of basic salary); competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; annual leave, medical and housing benefits provided.
